Requirements:
University degree (from economical or humanistic sciences)
Qualifications in this field would be a plus
Proven training experience for at least 3 years
English proficiency (another foreign language would be a plus)
Computer skills
Availability for traveling (in and outside the country)
B driving license
Customer focus
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Well organized and with an accurate working style, abilities to cope with stress and tight dead lines
Intuitive, creative, flexible, good observational spirit, opened minded and with charisma

Main responsibilities:
He/ she carries out projects for clients:
He/ she drafts needs analyses for client companies
He/ she prepares and elaborates training programs (courses bases and training methodology)
He/ she carries out training programs and follow- up sessions
He/ she makes reports for each projects
He/ she maintains clients relationships

Other responsibilities:
He/she canvasses part of his/her own assignments within his/her own network
He/ she continues the connection with external specialists
He/ she takes part at programs presentations and auctions
